Soccer class was a bit overwhelming, for both the medium boy and the parents. Dozens of children and too many loitering parents crowding a soccer field hoping for a little fun and a few soccer skills. In Finn's mind, the drills were all terribly unnecessary as, "I already know how to play soccer." He wanted to play a "real game." Finally, at the end of class, the red shirts on one side of the field, the blue shirts on the other. The coach blows the whistle and they run towards each other, the ball ping-ponging around somewhere in between. Running and smiling, Finn was lovin' it.
